  • Difficulty: Easy
  • Hike Stats: 10 km loop, minimal elevation gain, 2.5–3 hours.
  • Route:
    1. Park at Waldschlösschen Harbour (Burg).
    2. Follow Fontaneweg through wetlands, canals, and traditional thatched-roof villages.
    3. Cross wooden footbridges, pass small farms, and loop back to the start.

  • Highlights: UNESCO wetland, “Green Venice” canals, rural charm, canoe rentals, local cucumber dishes.
How to Carpool
